Is there any method through which we can count if a particular field has some value or not?
For eg. In an account, if a particular field has some value, count the filled records.

Hi Pranav,
You can do this by Applying Soql query on it
Eg If you want to check how many contact are present on the account. The Soql is : -
SELECT COUNT() FROM Contact where AccountId!=Null.
And if you want to check that particular contact on account contain particular field or not then you can apply this query:-
SELECT COUNT() FROM Contact where AccountId!=null AND FieldName != null
