How to host an Unmanaged package on salesforce appexchange?
Is there any option to publish unmanaged package through developer edition for AppExchange? I suppose we can only publish managed app through Salesforce partners environment but how do we proceed to publish app, component as unmanaged in AppExchange.

Yes, you can submit for the security review on AppExchange through your Salesforce partners environment. Unmanaged packages can also be submitted for the review from the partner org.
