<p>SELECT Id, Name, Type, LastViewedDate<br />
FROM RecentlyViewed<br />
WHERE LastViewedDate !=null AND Type = 'Account'<br />
ORDER BY LastViewedDate DESC</p>
<p>Here you can use different TYPE for particular sObject.</p>

<p>You have to create a HTML or Custom email template for this first.</p>
<p>Then you can use display:none in your div tag in html section.</p>
<p>OR</p>
<p>You can use visibility tag in header tag also.</p>
