Entitlement templates let you predefine terms of support that users can add to products....Add the entitlement template to a product.
- Go to the product detail page.
- Click Add Entitlement Template on the Entitlement Templates related list.
- Select the entitlement template.
- Click Insert Selected.
- Click Done.
