I am getting this error when I am running my batch First error: Batchable instance is too big: ManagementReportTwoBatch. Can anyone help me for resolving the same?

Hi Pavan,
Generally, this error comes when you use Database.Stateful interface in your batch class. Salesforce in order to avoid hitting limits captures the heap size for such requests and display the error when it exceeds 6 MB for synchronous requests.
Ways to get around this -
1. Avoid using Database.Stateful
2. Reduce the amount of persistent data
