@shekhar-gadewar, do you mean that API name automatically changes when you change the label? If yes, API names might have been used at several places in the Apex code, how to deal with that?

@abhinav-bhatia The first time you publish your app, Salesforce charges $2700, $2550 is charged one time and rest $150 is the annual fee. So next year when you plan to renew, you will have to pay $150 only. Hope this helps.

@SFDCHacker @Audrey Salesforce usually grants you free API access for a limited period when you purchase the license - Professional Edition. So you can definitely use Data Loader in PE, but make sure to complete your migration within the given timeframe or else you would need to pay for getting the API access later.
