Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead assigned portions of and/or participate in design sessions and lead assigned portions of and/or serve as a contributing design documentation author (with Solution Analysts) for solutions based on the user stories and functional design provided by the IT Business Partner team (Business Partner, Business Analyst and Product Owner)
• Lead the development of multi-year technology capability roadmaps in support or business capability roadmaps.
• Partner with stakeholders early in the project lifecycle to identify technical, information, integration, and security architecture needs
• Analyze functional business processes; identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend new approaches via technology enablement. Contribute to evaluating the factors which must be addressed in change management.
• Design solutions across salesforce clouds and the related ecosystem. Analyze impact, assess risks, and present design options. Ensure that the system design balances functionality, service quality, security, and systems management requirements.
• Investigate operational requirements, problems, and opportunities for functional initiatives, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes.
• Assist in the analysis of stakeholder objectives, and the underlying issues arising from investigations into business requirements and problems and identify solution options for consideration and potential benefits.
• Develop and manage expectations for communication channels and/or stakeholder groups. Initiate communications between key contributors and stakeholders, lead functional solution architecture by working with other solution architects. Facilitate open communication and discussion between stakeholders.
• Contribute to solution scoping and effort sizing with all functional teams.
• Lead Salesforce administrators and developers to ensure timely and quality work products
• Drives accountability and provides the focal point for agile, effective, and efficient decision-making for solution design, development, testing and deployment.
• Provide architecture leadership and oversight for transformational technology initiatives covering sales, marketing, and service domains
• Develop and maintain architecture artefacts, frameworks, and design documents as references for various teams across IT
