Sr. Salesforce Lead Configurator/Consultant for Financial Services Cloud: (FSC)

These professionals are team-oriented and feel comfortable leading an implementation, upgrade, or support for clients
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must have completed multiple FINS Implementations
- B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field
- 6+ years experience in Salesforce across configuration, development, and architecture disciplines
- Excellent communication & client relation skills
- Industry knowledge of banking, insurance, or wealth management (banking preferred)
- Multiple Salesforce certifications
- Experience with enterprise solution architecture, infrastructure, integration, business process, application, data & analytics, and design to tie into a broader solution for customers
- Ability to analyze complex business/technical problems, synthesize solutions, and communicate options to a wide group of stakeholders
- Highly collaborative, with experience working in an agile, data-driven environment
- Is self-motivated/self-directed - capable of multi-tasking and accepting change both in tasks and schedule
- Strong leadership and communication skills, including technical and business concepts, and experience working with and presenting to customer C-level executives plus stakeholder management
- Technical skills gained from being deeply embedded in a development organization and role, ideally within architecture
- Integration between Salesforce and Master Data Management (MDM) system
Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as an expert during the sales process to demonstrate the value of solutions built on FSC
- Gather customer requirements for FSC implementations
- Develop FSC prototypes & present prototypes to clients as part of the implementation cycle
- Provide insight & best-practice recommendations for our clients around the optimal use of FSC
- Train customers on solutions built on FSC
