Position Title: Lead Business Analyst/Lead Functional Consultant (Salesforce - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
We are seeking an accomplished Lead Business Analyst/Lead Functional Consultant with extensive expertise in Salesforce, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) is considered a nice-to-have but not mandatory. This role requires exceptional skills in gathering business requirements, configuring Salesforce solutions, and leading a team of functional consultants to deliver successful implementation projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of functional consultants in Salesforce projects, providing guidance and oversight to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deeply understand their requirements for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
- Design and configure Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with business users to map their sales and service processes and recommend optimal Salesforce solutions.
- Create comprehensive functional specifications, user stories, and system documentation to accurately capture project requirements.
- Work closely with Salesforce developers and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of end-to-end solutions.
- Perform data analysis and mapping activities to ensure smooth data migration and integration with Salesforce.
- Provide post-implementation support and assist in user training and adoption to ensure successful onboarding and system utilization.
- Stay up to date with latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends, providing valuable insights for system improvements and enhancements.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, are preferred.
- Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in Salesforce projects, with expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.
