Hi, we cannot edit or reorder the SF Approval process step number. but while creating a new step if we give the existing step number, SF will rearrange the the steps based on new step number.

Example: we have 5 steps in existing approval process and i want to add a new step in sequence 2. i create a new step with step number 2 and save.…
