Unsure why&#8230;I have access to the object and its fields as a System Admin. I can change the actual object so why can&#8217;t I see the object&#8217;s label name or API name in the list</p>

Could Process Builder help me with this? Basically, object has 10 fields and only 2 of the fields need to be available for changes during 5 days of the month.
