That is why Salesforce has reinvented the CMS to cater to the need of the digital marketers and deliver personalized content at every touchpoint throughout the customer journey.

The Salesforce CMS is truly Omni-Channel and designed to help you create content, define content access, define channels, share content across communities, and limit access. Salesforce claims that this hybrid CMS is powerfully simple, fast, flexible, and connected.
