Main Features of Salesforce Summer’22 Release to Make Your Customers Happier
Even though the sandbox preview with early access to new features and test configurations of the Summer’22 release was held on May 6-7, the production upgrade happened only yesterday.
Yes, almost all Salesforce renewals became available on real orgs this weekend.
We are sure that you got acquainted with the most powerful of them, but let Twistellar's team show you the main features that will make your customers happier!
Try Swarming via Slack
Resolve cases faster by getting real-time support from cross-functional experts from different departments in a dedicated Slack channel.
Why: That will improve your ability to provide the most qualified service for your customers. Start a swarm in Service Cloud to get help from your colleagues on any issue in a matter of minutes!
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, Unlimited, Performance, and Developer editions in Service Cloud.

Track in-app and web messaging
Your clients no longer need to keep a browser open or stay in-app to have a conversation. All open dialogues stay continuous with persistent messaging sessions across devices.
Why: This experience makes your customer service more accessible to them. But note that this feature will be available only on June 15, 2022.
Where: This change applies to Enterprise edition for Service Cloud with the Digital Engagement and Messaging for In-App and Web SKUs. This change also applies to Service Cloud Unlimited and Performance editions with a Messaging for In-App and Web SKU.
Manage Triggered Campaign Messages
Now you can create triggered personalized experiences based on catalog changes or behavioral signals like cart abandonment. If your products have discounts or a client hasn’t confirmed an order, you can let them know.
Why: Do you like to get bonuses just for you? So do your customers 🙂 You will also get visual insights into campaign effectiveness that will allow you to create better offerings.
Where: Marketing Cloud Personalization (all editions).
Provide new payment options
The Summer'22 release gives your company upgraded payments enhancements with support for Klarna, a buy now pay later option, and EPS, a popular online payment method in Austria.
Why: Now, it’s time to give your customers total freedom to choose their preferred payment method. You also have the option to store payment credentials for future authorizations to support recurring payments. Isn’t it a paradise for your regulars?
Where: Salesforce Payments.

Focus On Overdue Tasks
Now overdue tasks are highlighted in red to catch your eye. The date appears in red in the activity timeline, the task list view, the task detail view, the task Kanban view, and the task split view. So it's obvious on which task you should work first.
Why: If a task concerns any obligations to your customers, you will never lose an important deal.
Where: Available in Lightning Experience in Essentials, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.
