Health Cloud Console

The Health Cloud Console is a central dashboard that keeps the complete information about a patient and its care providers and so on. It keeps the information on conditions, contact information, and other preliminary information. Records are organized into a standard object. 

The health cloud unifies electronic health records (EHR), patient details, and care plans to make them available for the admin easily. The 360-degree view allows access to patients’ data, caregivers, and doctors. 

Health Cloud console also has a chatter component and it is used to discuss about a person’s care.

Accounts and Contacts

Accounts and contacts are related to many standard objects. There are different types of accounts such as person account, which is a single-person account like a patient or a doctor. Person account doesn’t have their own contacts, unlike business accounts. 

Record Types

Record types have their own picklist values. They can be admins, caregivers, patients, doctors, or financial service providers in the healthcare sector. A few of the record types examples are listed below. 

Lead – lead consists of those people who make inquiries or appointments, doctors or equipment providers, and other people who are an essential part of the healthcare ecosystem. 

Person account – these are records of individuals who are a part of the health cloud system. 

Care Plan – A care plan is the record of the history of the patient. It consists of all the information of a patient’s progress and challenges faced in their body during their treatment done.
