Go Green – Paper to Digital to Salesforce

It’s a known fact that paper forms are still in use by many industries and the impact is both on the environment and on the end user. Too many times we are being asked by a service provider to download a paper form, fill it, sign it and send it via fax/mail. BUT there is absolutely no reason why we should work in this very old fashion way and keep on cutting down trees to do it. The common excuse “I’m obligated by low and regulation” to enforce using a paper form is no longer valid with today's advanced technology of Digital Forms, which enable user friendly online forms easily mapped into any type of regulation format, signed digitally and stored in salesforce CRM. All companies big or small should embrace this technology to provide better service to their customers and do little bit more to save our planet.
